When I make a payment on the order page, I am paying for what?
You are paying for an ebook version of the cover(s).

What if I want a customized order?
If you indicated this on the form, then you willinvoiced the cost of the extra services.

How do you send the files?
You will receive a full resolution file ready for Amazon, Smashwords and Create Space(If you hadindicted that you wanted paperback). 

How do you send the files?

Is there a limit on using the book covers?
You can sell up to 250,000 books with the image. If you would like full exclusive license, then you need to indicate this when you are filling out the book form. A Charge of $100 will be invoiced. Why do I charge $100, that is the price BigStockPhoto's chargesme. Read below, what exclusive license means.

What isexclusive license?

1. 1. Incorporate Images on tangible products for resale, including shirts, hats, mugs, calendars, stationery items, cards and other small items;

   2. Print, paint or otherwise render a licensed Image on canvas, paper or other mediums for distribution, provided that the print, painting or rendering combines the Image with words and/or other graphics or images and/or credit to the Bigstock contributor;

   3. Incorporate Images within an offline, distributed software program;

   4. Incorporate images into online software and electronic templates such as electronic greeting cards, content management software, presentation templates, web page builders, at a resolution no greater than the display resolution of the intended viewing device(s).

   5. Incorporate Images into advertising materials, posters and tradeshow signage for use in promoting the sale of other products or services (as opposed to promoting the sale of the prints, posters, etc. containing the Images), including Out-of-Home advertising, provided that the Image is an integrated, supportive part of your project or product and not the definitive part of such prints and/or posters and/or other reproductions.

   6. Use Images in magazines, newspapers, books, book covers and/or textbooks, for editorial and/or advertising purposes;

   7. Use Images in the artwork for the packaging of any product;

   8. Incorporate Images on letterhead and business cards, pamphlets, brochures, and catalogs provided that Images are not used as a logo or trademark;

   9. Incorporate Images into set design and dressing for public performance;

   10. Use Images for a purpose not described by any of the above but pertaining to the manufacture, resale and distribution of a product so long as such product does not violate any other clause hereunder, in particular those clauses under Part III.

2. All other rights in the Images are expressly reserved by Bigstock for itself and its Contributors.

I found a cover, but I don't have a title?
That's okay, it happens. Buy the cover and I will keep it safe for you. However, once it is bought, it is yours. There are no refunds.

Can I make installments? Can you save the cover until...
Nope. Sorry.

Can I add less or more on the cover?
Of course. If you want a subtitle, or 'New York Best Selling Author', I will do that. All you gotta do is mention it when filling out the form.

What if I want to change the font, color or something else?
Things happen and everyone has different tastes. So yes, I will change the font color with no charge. I will change the font, as long as you find a font example on my website, at a charge of $15 per cover. And anything else, a charge may incur depending on what you want me to change.

I want to use the same cover for multiple books?
Of course. If all you want to do is change the colors and text with the same photo, then you will be charged $45 per cover. If you want to change the image, then of course. I will need to purchase the new images and edit them to match your current series. The price for purchasing a new image, $75 per extra cover. You can view the cost on the Pricing Page.

What if I want to change my title, or subheading?
This should go without saying, that of course if you have changes to be completed before the final draft is sent to you, than that's okay. However, if you want changes days after the final draft was emailed, I charge $15 per cover to makes text changes.

I purchased more covers than what I really needed.
In short, no. No refunds. All sales are final.

So, I purchased my covers but I want to come back later.

Do you resell your premades?
No. Once a premade is sold. Its gone.
